The Engagement

Five stages, clearly defined.

Every organisation arrives at a different point in its corporate journey. The stages below describe how we work in general; the detail is always shaped around your circumstances.

01

Initial conversation

We begin by listening. Tell us about your organisation, where it is in its corporate journey and the obligations or concerns on your mind. There is no cost or commitment at this stage.

02

Understanding your requirements

We review your current corporate position, including your structure, statutory records, governance arrangements and upcoming obligations, so that any advice we give reflects your actual circumstances rather than a generic checklist.

03

A clear proposal

We set out what we recommend, what it involves and what it will cost, in plain language. You will know the scope of the work and who is responsible for each part of it before anything begins.

04

Delivery

We carry out the agreed work, whether incorporation, statutory records, filings, board documentation or governance support, keeping you informed at each stage and flagging anything that needs a decision from you.

05

Ongoing support and review

Corporate obligations recur. We keep track of what is due, prompt you ahead of deadlines and review arrangements as your business changes, so nothing is missed as you grow.
